1989
J's Corp was founded as a staffing agency dispatching university students to the land transportation industry in Seiwaen-cho, Suita City, by founder Junichi Umemoto as a student-run startup.

1991
Established 'J'S CORPORATION Co., Ltd.' in Yamatecho, Suita City and reorganized

1992
- Relocated office to Yodogawa-ku, Osaka City
- In addition to staffing business, opened a used car purchase shop with the catchphrase 'Ultimate Buying Weapon'

1993
Organized track days and events at various circuits

1994
- Opened new tuning shop 'J'S RACING' in Kamigori, Ibaraki City
- Launched 'J'S RACING' brand for custom parts
- Started competing in domestic motorsports 'Suzuka Freshman Trophy Race'
