Ibaraki Traffic Safety Convention and Traffic Safety Festival 2026
Event Report: J’S RACING CIVIC TCR Car Exhibition
J’S Corporation exhibited the “J’S RACING CIVIC TCR” at the “Ibaraki Traffic Safety Convention & Traffic Safety Festa 2026,” a spring national traffic safety campaign event held at the Ibaraki Driving School on Sunday, April 12, 2026.
■Contributing to local traffic safety awareness through motorsports
On the day of the event, Kota Umemoto, a development driver for Central Circuit, also participated. At the venue, Umemoto provided visitors with a detailed explanation of the TCR, a full-fledged racing car, and took commemorative photos with children and motorsports fans. He interacted with many people and helped raise awareness about traffic safety at this local traffic safety and community promotion event.

The appearance of this racing machine—which visitors rarely get to see up close in everyday life—drew the attention of many attendees.

was bustling with many families.

■ Overview of the Event
This event was held as a joint initiative between the “Ibaraki Traffic Safety Convention,” organized by Ibaraki City, the Ibaraki Police Station, and the Ibaraki Traffic Safety Association, and the “Traffic Safety Festival,” organized by the Ibaraki Driving School. On the day of the event, numerous practical traffic safety programs were conducted, including a “Bicycle Safety Class” led by the Traffic Safety Education Unit of the Traffic General Affairs Division at the Prefectural Police Headquarters, as well as a “Motorcycle Demonstration Ride and Photo Session” by the Traffic Patrol Unit.
We hope that this event provided an opportunity for attendees to experience the appeal of motorsports, enjoy interacting with local residents, and raise awareness of traffic safety.
We are also very pleased that, through our participation in this event, we were able to contribute—albeit in a small way—to local traffic safety initiatives and community development.
J’s Corporation plans to continue actively participating in local events and contributing to the local community through motorsports.
