SUZUKA ATTACK 2025 to be held

  • Drift King Keiichi Tsuchiya and Igor Oomura Fraga compete
  • Fifty tuned cars from Japan and abroad, including the new Prelude (BF1) and FL5, gather at Suzuka

J’s Corporation (Headquarters: Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture / President: Junichi Umemoto), which engages in automobile tuning, parts development and sales, and operates the “J’s Racing” brand globally, held the track day event “SUZUKA ATTACK 2025” at Suzuka Circuit (Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture) on Monday, December 15, 2025.
This large-scale driving event exclusively used Suzuka Circuit’s full course, featuring approximately 50 tuned cars gathered from Japan and abroad. Special guests included Keiichi Tsuchiya, known as “Dr. Kin,” and Igor Oomura Fraga, a Gran Turismo World Champion active in motorsports. They showcased the appeal of motorsports through demonstration runs and interactions with fans.

Event Highlights: A Collaboration Captivating Fans Old and New, and the “New Prelude”

On the day, Keiichi Tsuchiya delivered an impressive demonstration run, and participants enjoyed free driving sessions where they raced their own cars around Suzuka’s full circuit. Notable attractions included ride-along experiences in J’S RACING’s demo car, the FL5 (Civic Type R), and the much-discussed BF1 (new Prelude). Participants experienced their potential from the passenger seat, gaining a firsthand sense of the possibilities for next-generation motorsports.

Guest Comment ①: Mr. Keiichi Tsuchiya

J’S RACING track days aren’t just about driving—many participants come here to seriously shave seconds off their times, making the level incredibly high.

Seeing the participants’ motivated driving today, I felt the passion of this event all over again.

I’ve competed against J’S RACING for over 20 years in events like Hot Version’s mountain pass features. You wouldn’t dare enter that tough world without confidence. That’s why, after battling them for so many years, I feel J’S RACING is a manufacturer you can truly trust when it comes to driving performance.”

Guest Comment 2: Igor Oomura Fraga

Igor, who serves as a bridge between e-motorsports and real racing and also secured victory at the “Yao Queen Cup 2025 All-Japan Super Formula Championship Round 10, 24th JAF Suzuka Grand Prix,” commented as follows:
“I’m a young driver, but I grew up watching J’S RACING videos. So today, being able to drive a J’S RACING car at a J’S RACING event is a tremendous honor.”

Organizer Interview: Discovering “New Ways to Enjoy Tuning” Within Regulations

Following the event, Junichi Umemoto, President and CEO of J’s Corporation, spoke about the significance of holding this event and future prospects as follows.

―What is the purpose of holding this event?

“Our primary goal is to invigorate Japanese motorsports. We’d be thrilled if events like this helped even a few more people discover the joy of tuning.”

―What are your thoughts on the current popularity and changing environment of motorsports?

“The industry as a whole is certainly changing, partly due to stricter regulations. However, fans who enjoy tuning are striving to maximize their enjoyment within those regulations.

We hope to support those enthusiasts.
J’s Corporation will continue contributing to the development of Japan’s tuning car culture through product development and event activities that balance regulatory compliance with the joy of driving.”
