J’s Corporation (Headquarters: Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture / President and CEO: Junichi Umemoto), which engages in automobile tuning, parts development and sales, and operates the “J’s Racing” brand globally, announced today that it has signed an agreement to acquire all shares of Central Circuit Co., Ltd.

Background and Purpose

Central Circuit has long been cherished by many drivers and teams as a premier motorsports venue in the Kansai region. In recent years, the circuit has faced demands for more advanced safety standards, facility upgrades, and adaptation to a diversifying user base, necessitating fundamental enhancements.
Our company and Central Circuit have built a friendly relationship spanning approximately 30 years, sharing a history of joint dedication to advancing motorsports culture.
Through this M&A, we will integrate the technical expertise, development capabilities, and safety philosophy cultivated at our domestic and international circuits into circuit operations, creating new experiential value.

Future Outlook

•Expanding Events and Diversifying Categories
We will enhance events accessible to a wide range of users, from beginners to professionals, including track days, time attacks, and endurance races.

•Enhancing User Experience Value
Facility upgrades for improved safety, enhancements to pit and spectator environments, and expansion of EV/hybrid vehicle infrastructure.

•Driver Development Program
Implementing a program to cultivate young drivers who will shape the future of motorsports culture.

•Advancement of Major Course Extension Plan
We envision a large-scale course extension plan aligned with international standards to accommodate a broader range of racing categories. In the future, we aim to strengthen its value as a test field and become a circuit where manufacturers and fans from around the world gather.

We are pleased to announce that J’s Corporation has acquired Central Circuit in Hyogo Prefecture through an M&A transaction and will commence operations under a new management structure. First and foremost, we express our deepest respect to Representative Director Iire and all related parties who have supported the circuit for many years, and we sincerely thank them for their understanding of our decision.
Since its founding, J’s Racing has pursued vehicle development, racing activities, and parts manufacturing under the philosophy that “parts development is always cultivated on the circuit,” growing alongside Central Circuit.
Central Circuit is a historic venue beloved by many drivers and teams over the years, built upon the excellent foundation established by Representative Iire. Respecting this history and vision, we will evolve Central Circuit into its “next phase” by integrating the expertise we have cultivated at circuits both domestically and internationally.
Acquiring Central Circuit represents a major challenge for us to advance to the next stage, and it is also my way of repaying Representative Iire of Central Circuit, who has helped me grow personally.
Moving forward, we will accelerate our efforts under the following four themes:

・Creating a driving environment that seamlessly blends the ‘joy of driving’ with ‘absolute safety’ at the highest level
