Notice Regarding Completion of Share Acquisition of Central Circuit Co., Ltd. by J’s Corporation Co., Ltd.
Under the new management structure, we are promoting circuit renovations and expanding events. We are also appointing ambassadors.
J’s Corporation (Headquarters: Ibaraki City, Osaka Prefecture / President: Junichi Umemoto, hereinafter “the Company”), which operates the “J’s Racing” brand globally, announces that it has completed the acquisition of all outstanding shares of Central Circuit Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Central Circuit”), making it a wholly owned subsidiary.
We will respect the history and culture cultivated over many years at Central Circuit while advancing our business to further grow Central Circuit and motorsports in the Kansai region.
As part of our new management structure initiatives, we will renew our official website and brand logo, and appoint ambassadors to widely communicate Central Circuit’s appeal and worldview.
